The Canny CEO by Safaraz Ali
Canny Bites Business Books — a smarter way to gain valuable insights and knowledge in a convenient, bite-sized format. Perfect for busy entrepreneurs and business leaders who wish to learn at a pace and manner that works for them. There are four books already published and plans for the fifth book is what I wish to discuss in this blog.
The Canny CEO is the working title of the next book and it is being aimed to be a book that could provide valuable insights and advice once again for business leaders and entrepreneurs. Here are a few initial thoughts of content planned for the book.

- Building and leading a successful team: A CEO must be able to attract, retain and manage a talented team. This will include advice on recruiting and hiring, developing a positive corporate culture, and providing opportunities for professional development.
- Making smart business decisions: A CEO must be able to make tough decisions and take calculated risks. This will nclude information on how to evaluate potential investments, navigate market trends, and mitigate business risks.
- Communicating effectively: A CEO must be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, customers, and partners. This will include tips on how to deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and handle difficult conversations.
- Embracing change: A CEO must be able to adapt to new technologies, market conditions, and shifting consumer preferences. This will include strategies for being open to new ideas, experimenting with different approaches, and fostering an innovative culture.
Any additional chapters, key areas that I should be looking at. Kindly feel free to share your thoughts.
