In the world of ‘leadership and growth’, I’ve found our roles are full of lessons. It’s been a journey learning the real difference we can make just by truly listening and understanding our team members.

Facing the ups and downs with our teams, I’ve seen how our real strength comes from sticking together and supporting one another. It’s not about leading from the front all the time, but walking with them, giving everyone the tools and space they need to shine. This has taught me a lot about growing together.

Creating an environment where different experiences and ideas can come together is at the heart of what we do. It reminds us that every voice is important and combining different views leads to creative and inclusive solutions.

Working towards social mobility and inclusion has shown me how vital it is to give everyone a fair chance. Breaking down barriers and making sure everyone can succeed isn’t just about being fair; it’s about making our team stronger with a variety of experiences and insights.

Sharing these thoughts isn’t to brag about what we’ve done but to start a conversation with you, my fellow leaders. It’s from sharing our experiences and challenges that we learn and build a community of leaders who really care about their people.
